Lemony cheese

A bit of lightly lemon-ed cheese inspiration.


Who knew a gallon of milk and two lemons could be so delicious?

Just a touch of ginger, then add something sconey and buttery for the breakfast.

Copy cat! Ginger does sound like a great addition. Blueberries would be good too or rosemary or mint or, or, or... so many cheesy possibilites.
